About Woodstone

Sale of Woodstone units began in 2001. For construction of their houses, owners select their own builders and choose from architectural plans provided by the developer. Woodstone consists of five neighborhoods: Crystal Bend, Deer Park, Frog Pond, Pine Trace, and Twisted Oak. (See map) Architectural plans vary within and among neighborhoods. There are 96 home sites. As of 2007, 75 have been sold, of which 32 have houses. Some owners reside year-round in Woodstone and others seasonally.  Amenities for common use within Woodstone include walking paths, a park, a pond with dock and swimming beach, and extensive woods.
